Refund Policy

At Desert Precision Handyman, we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
1. Service Deposits
Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment or cover the cost of materials. Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service.
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Refunds for canceled appointments are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Completed Services
Once a service has been completed, refunds will not be issued unless there is a clear failure to deliver the agreed-upon work. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can assess and resolve the issue.
4. Workmanship Guarantee
We strive to ensure the work is completed to your satisfaction. If there are any concerns with the quality of service, we will offer reasonable corrections or adjustments at no additional cost, rather than issuing a refund.
5. Custom Materials & Special Orders
Any custom-ordered materials or products are non-refundable once purchased, unless defective. If a refund is issued, it will only apply to labor charges, not materials.
